Nothing screams lack of leadership when a sitting commission chairman pulls a parliamentary stunt in the middle of another personnel issue of his making. When his time is over as commissioner and chairman, history will record a stunning lack of principle and leadership that marked his tenure, including a lack of fiscal conservatism and an inability to handle personnel matters in a quiet and responsible manner.

p.s. Also note the picture of the violation of private property Mr. Clean Campaign, Patrick Bell and his supporters have done to three of four large signs in the south part of the county. Not only do they destroy my property, they go on private property without permission do perform their destruction. They've also stolen my signs and poles from other property across the county.
